"Alors que la réservation a été effectuée sur hotel.com et perçu par l'organisme, le jour venu il n'y avait aucun accueil, personne... et le numéro indiqué n'était pas en service. Un autre numéro actionnait un répondeur. Il n'a jamais été répondu à mon message. Mais ma réservation a bien été débitéée ..."
