"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"The apartment was very clean, well equipped, modern new comfortable furniture and a fantastic hot shower. I was a female travelling alone and I felt very safe. The location was perfect, two minutes from Triana market and 8 mins walk into the old town, highly recommend these apartments to anyone and would definitely book again, excellent!!!"
