Grateful for this room
Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room.

We arrived to discover the hotel was locked. We phoned using the number provided by hotels.com and a receptionist answered to say she would be with us in 10 minutes.
