"Séjour pas top j’ai réservé pour une nuit à 6 et j’aurai pas dormi une nuit de plus ! La propreté laisse à désirer cafards dans les pièces de l’appartement même dans le frigo et nous avons été envahi de mouches se qui est très désagréable.De plus au bord de la piscine impossible de bronzé sans se faire dérangé par des bestioles et pour finir mon fils s’est fait piqué au visage par un taon qui tourne autour de la piscine.

"I booked this as a backup for the festival opening week and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. Sweet and warm welcome, extremely helpful staff. Nice atmosphere amongst travellers as well. I guess the bad reviews are either from an earlier period or people don't understand it's a hostel. I was very glad to see a fan spinning in the room at night as it was very hot. "The staff member at check in was friendly and welcoming. It was close to grocery stores, a laundrimatte and food. Whilst basic, it was clean and large enough for my family of four and our luggage. It was an easy drive to Arles and Avignon. We wpuld stay here again. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was stiflingly hot when I arrived, and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was completely useless even when the thermostat was set to the lowest temperature and the fan set at the highest speed. The settings had been removed from the air conditioning unit itself, presumably to save on energy bills from people wanting a comfortable temperature in the room on summer nights. So I ended up having to open the window all the way and prop the door open for hours just to allow some cooler evening air in, to give me a chance of getting to sleep. In addition to the air conditioning not working, the vending machine also was out of order. In order to access the WiFi, I had to go to reception to have the receptionist validate my credentials on my phone. This is my first time ever having to do this at a hotel. Positives are that it is low cost and has flexible cancellation. Just as well, as I was booked in to stay at another Première Classe on my next stop, which I decided to cancel. "
