"Everything was just fantastic! I highly suggest you stay here. The location is exceptionally convenient and extremely clean, and the staff is invaluable and kind. It is just one block away to the left of the Monaco boundaries, and the Grand Casino and Mall are a very few blocks away!"

"Ideal place - easy walk for the beach and the town, would highly recommend. It's not posh, it's not modern, but it's safe, with friendly staff, and a bargain in such an expensive area. If you're looking for a romantic hotel experience, this isn't for you, but if you're a family, or a group of friends needing a good base - this is for you. "

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"Our stay at Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze was nothing short of magical. Perched high above the Mediterranean, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views that feel like a dream—you could spend hours on the terrace just soaking in the beauty of the French Riviera. The rooms are modern, spacious with large windows that bring the outside in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, with every detail attended to. The staff deserve were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. From check-in to departure, they went above and beyond to accommodate any request. The spa facilities were impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after exploring Èze Village. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection of hot and cold options, all enjoyed with that incredible view. This hotel is perfectly located—just a short drive to the charming medieval Èze Village, Monaco, and Nice yet it feels wonderfully secluded and serene. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway on the Côte d’Azur, Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze is the place. We can’t wait to return!"

"The property is wonderful and the host very accommodating. The property is within a 5-8 minutes drive to 4 supermarkets and 15 minutes to the walls of Lucca. We were in Tuscany when the temperature reached 39C but the house was very comfortable with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and high ceilings, marble floors and large screened windows throughout. There were few things that were worth noting. There was no cupboard space for provisions. The kitchen had two fridges and freezers so it was necessary to use one for food stuffs. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking for 8 people. Whilst there is enough crockery and cutlery the number of useful pots and pans were lacking. (There were plenty of other items) The host arranged for a local chef to come and cook when we didn’t feel like going out. Altogether a great experience but be prepared to take things in your stride. "
