"L'hôtel était parfait mais quatre véhicules de la Sûreté du Québec banalisés ont monopolisé en totalité l'espace de débarcadère toute la soirée et toute la nuit. Nous avons dû marcher très longtemps pour débarquer nos bagages."

"Wonderful stay in the castle. Good amenities and view and central location. It is a busy hotel and one room was not adequately cleaned prior to arrival and there's a wait for breakfast, but ultimately would stay again."

"Très propre, hôtel calme et bien situé. Chambre bien entretenue, accès facile au stationnement. Seul bémol, nous n'avons pas apprécié le service et notre repas au restaurant Ginger à notre arrivée. Le service était lent et peu chaleureux, la nourriture était ordinaire. Nous avons préféré prendre tous nos repas ailleurs lors de notre séjour,"
