Très bon séjour

Le séjour était vraiment très bien. Le service et le personnel sont au top. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est onéreux, dommage c’est la dernière étape avant le départ.

Hotel 5 * souffrant certainement de la crise sanitaire: trop de couacs, personnel agreable et serviable mais reduit donc parfois peu disponible. Petit-déjeuner pas à la hauteur. Bruit coté rue infernal. Mention +++ au personnel qui, en depit des circonstances, fait de son mieux. A éviter jusqu à retour à la normal..... Decevant.

Superbe séjour où tout était parfait. La disponibilité du personnel, la réactivité, les renseignements... La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très grandes. Si à la limite, salle de sport un peu petite, nous étions plusieurs sportifs, il a fallu s'adapter.

Generally lovely hotel. 2 rooms for 2 nights ( £1500). Felt let down by the tiny size of both rooms... expensive breakfast Overall very nice hotel but not value for money.

Séjour en amoureux gâché!!

Le personnel de l’hôtel a pour ambition de vous vendre le maximum de services et prestations dès votre entrée dans l'établissement! (Après un "Bonjour, bienvenue" tout de même)!! Les 2 nuits passées notre fenêtre donnée sur la rue et nous avons été dérangé par des bruits intempestifs de personne en fête. C'est un client de l'hôtel qui a dû faire la police!!! Enfin comme dernier désagrément, nous avons été réveillé après la 1ère nuit vers 8h15 du matin par l'allumage de la télévision!! Pour un 5 étoiles, je pense que le niveau de services n'était clairement pas au Rdv.

Hotel très bien situer , très propre ,

Rien à dire sauf quand vous arrivez au pied de l ' escalier vous avez en haut de ce dernier une personne qui doit vous aider normalement , elle vous regarde et s ' en va , il vous reste à prendre vos deux valises et trois sacs et essayer de monter le mieux possible …..
