"Früher war es besser! Komme seit 17 Jahren fast jedes Jahr, Essen ist immer noch gut, lässt aber jedes Jahr mehr nach. Scheint so, als ob sich das Management nicht richtig kümmert, z.B. im Restaurant gibt es 8 Kaffeemaschinen, nur 3 davon funktionierten an meinem letzten Frühstück. Keiner kümmert sich darum, weil wohl keine Zuständigkeit definiert wurde. Musste in die kostenpflichtige Kaffeebar gehen und mir einen Kaffee kaufen damit ich einen genießbaren hatte."
