"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"Props to the staff. From the reception to the kitchen, all of them were absolutely amazing. Kind and friendly. I won't give the details to avoid people asking for it. But there was a miscommunication issue between myself and the hotel. And they handled it perfectly, making sure that my staying and my tour worked the best way possible. "We loved staying here! We even extended our stay by 4 extra days/ Staff has been amazing and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. There is a common kitchen that could be better equipped, but it worked ok for us to cook some meals. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. I would definitely come back! "

"The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous! The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower. "
