"Our stay overall was good and the reason for the 4 stars is because the shower door didn’t close all the way so every time we took a shower, the floors got really wet. The towel mat was drenched every time and was inconvenient. However, the employees were sweet and responsive. We arrived late and it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp. The breakfast that was included was perfect and not heavy (hard boiled eggs, toast, deli meats, fruit, coffee and cheese). "

"The location was definitely great, but unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t the best. There were quite a few ants around and the place could’ve been cleaner. Communication was also difficult — messages were often answered a day later or not at all. The shower felt a bit unsafe to use, and a few things in the unit didn’t work properly, like the TV, Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning remote (I even had to buy my own batteries). I was also asked to pay 20 euros for a late check-in due to a flight delay, which was a bit disappointing. With some improvements in cleanliness, communication, and maintenance, this place could be much better — but for now, I personally wouldn’t return."

"The plus side was that our apartment was very spacious and had a marvellous view of old Ostuni. The room was adjacent to the hotel pool which would be great in warm weather. However it has to be said that the 'private road' that leads up to the apartments is a rather hazardous rough track, very steep and windy - what you do if you meet another car is beyond me. We were fortunate that we were the only vehicle in the apartments so parking was fine but would be very testing if there were three or four cars using parking area. The hotel did say they had alternative parking available but this would be a long walk from the partment."
