Prise du logement à 16 heures et à 18 heures plus personne ne répond au téléphone, car la responsable se met aux abonnés absents. Aucun moyen de savoir se connecter au Wifi. Ce qui ne change rien parce que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la 5G non plus. Emplacement près du port mais aucun commerce de proximité. "A very nice accommodation in the centre of Arcachon. The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchen and lounge area. Nice towels. Breakfast was delicious in a lovely bright Breakfast Room. Staff were friendly . We didn't know about the Roof Terrace until the end of our stay . Better communication at check-in or a full leaflet would help. We didn't know how often to expect the cleaner as our bins got very full and we needed to buy toilet tissues. We didn't know about this so a bit more practical communication in leaflet form would help. The Air Conditioning could have been better in this heat. The door to our balcony had a broken lock and the other window didn't close properly either. It needs better checks and repairs Otherwise a quiet stay in a central area."
