"For the price, it is very good. A 10-15$ Uber ride to most places. Subway station is a 4 minute walk. Breakfast is ok. Free latte/cappucino all day. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. "

"Mon séjour à Empire Suites Hotel a été une expérience absolument désastreuse du début à la fin. À peine arrivé dans la chambre après le check-in, j’ai été frappé par une chaleur étouffante, à un point où j’ai failli m’évanouir. Impossible de régler le thermostat puisqu’il était défectueux. Je suis retourné à la réception en espérant un minimum de compréhension… mais la réceptionniste s’est montrée totalement froide et sans aucune empathie. Sa seule réponse : prendre la chambre telle quelle ou quitter l’hôtel. Aucun effort, aucune solution proposée. Résultat ? J’ai dû passer la nuit dans ma voiture dans la rue car trop tard pour une autre réservation ailleurs , en plein froid. Une situation complètement inacceptable pour un établissement qui se dit professionnel. Le lendemain matin, aucune possibilité de me laver ou de me préparer correctement avant mes activités. Comme si ce n’était pas suffisant, j’ai eu des conséquences sur ma santé après ce séjour — gorge enflée et plusieurs jours cloué au lit à mon retour. Et le comble : des frais de 34,49 $ pour le stationnement ont été facturés sur ma carte de crédit… alors que je n’ai même pas utilisé leurs services ni dormi dans la chambre ! Impossible d’avoir des explications, le gestionnaire est soi-disant “jamais disponible”. Service client inexistant, conditions inadmissibles et pratiques douteuses. À éviter absolument."

"Have stayed here before and good experiences. However this time I found the bed (room 402) had a definite sag in it where it is most used. Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"
