L'Abergement-Sainte-Colombe Hotels

"Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

"Chambre prévue avec climatisation mais celle ci ne fonctionne pas du tout, et apparemment le problème n'est pas d'hier . On nous propose de changer de chambre exactement la même chose dans l'autre chambre. Les prises et les lumières à côté du lit ne fonctionnent pas, idem dans la 2e chambre. Sinon la chambre est basique mais la literie est correcte, avec des couettes, salle de bains petite mais fonctionnelle. Donc avec la canicule qu'il fait, c'est pas le moment de choisir cet hôtel."

"The hotel is in an historic building. There are a few common areas, one a library of books the other is a kitchenette. The staff were pleasant, the sheets / towel clean, not too much insulation in the walls, but I had a good sleep."

"Everything was fine except for the disappointing restaurant. A very limited menu and small portions. The main course food was well cooked and tasty but the creme caramel desert was completely lacing in flavour."

"Kamer stonk naar sigarenrook. Sanitair slecht onderhouden en kapot (oa tegels in douche). Ook rest van de kamer minimaal onderhouden (laminaatvloer kapot). Geen aanrader. Personeel achter de balie wel erg aardig."

"Le personnel est très agréable. Le propriétaire est très gentil, connait bien sa région et très disponible. C'est un hôtel familial qui vaut vraiment le détour. Le déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Tranquillité assurée et calme complet. Les recommandations pour se restaurer sont d'excellents conseils. Tout est parfait. Il est à connaître. Facile d'accès vers l'autoroute A6."

"Pas d’information sur l’accès aux chambres après fermeture de la réception à la remise des clés ce qui procure un petit frisson au moment du retour La curiosité et le bon sens est de mise dans ce genre de situation ! L’entretien de l’escalier qui mène à l’espace du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré Sinon propreté Confort de la literie et fonctionnement climatisation ok"

"Hotel has a lovely old world feel with a bar, outdoor seating & a restaurant onsite. Good location in town with parking available nearby or in the hotel garage. Good size room and bathroom. Very helpful staff"

"Accueil sympa malgré une arrivée tardive (presque 1h du matin). Chambre propre et fidèle au standard de Campanile. Petit déjeuner minimaliste mais correcte. On aurait apprécié des yaourts et du beurre salé. Soirée étape pendant les vacances. Pour le prix, je recommande."
