"Airport shuttle was waiting for us at Terminal 1. Driver was very cooperative and courteous. Shuttle is 24/7, but you have to pay $15 per person between midnight and 5.30am. This did not work for our early morning flight, so staff arranged an Uber which was much cheaper. We arrived Mother's Day (four Aussie mum's and grandma's) and the staff could not have been nicer. Gave us a large sack of chocolates and four bottles of water, much appreciated, as we were missing our families. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. There is a small shop on the premises with a microwave, but Ralph's supermarket is only a short walk as are a few other takeaway. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Great place to stay. Our first time staying downtown LA so it was louder than we expected. Great food, beautiful hotel. Close to Dodgers stadium. The only thing that I would like to see different is the valet parking actually bring your car to you. A very small inconvenience though."

"0/10 – Absolutely NOT Recommended, Especially for Tourists My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It became very clear that this hotel and its staff only care about money and not about the well-being or concerns of their guests. If you ever face an emergency and need to leave the hotel early, be prepared to lose all your money. They show absolutely no compassion or understanding regardless of the situation — even if it involves a family emergency or the death of a loved one. There is no flexibility, no empathy, and no human understanding at all. The staff acts cold and robotic, as if guests are only numbers and sources of income. For a hotel associated with the Hilton brand, this level of treatment is unacceptable. Tourists should also be very careful, especially if you do not speak English fluently. Even when they have employees who speak your language, they often prefer to ignore you and claim they cannot help, which makes the experience even more frustrating and disrespectful. Overall, the hotel lacks professionalism, customer care, and basic human decency. I would never stay here again and I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially tourists visiting the area."

"Great airport stay"

"Room was clean but tv did not work. The vent had something growing around it and the furniture was old. I noticed the upgrades to the room but plenty was left out. I do appreciate the stay overall but it was more nostalgic then comfortable. For the price I don't know if I will stay again."

"It honestly wasnt that bad but there was a roach in our room. They gave us a new room but I can't give them more then I did because of the roach."
