"The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. The staff did their best to fix the situation, but their hands were tied. I’m allergic to down/feathers (and the mites that live on them). When I found that their pillows are 50% down I asked for down-free replacements. They don’t have any. Not a single down-free bed pillow in the hotel. They gave me throw pillows off the sofa in the lobby and removed the others from my room. They also waived a fee from my bill to try to make it right. But a sleepless night, itchy red eyes, congestion, and wheezing and coughing sorta ruined my day in LA. I’d rather feel well than safe a little money on the bill. SO, great staff, nice facility, but I wouldn’t stay again because they can’t accommodate my very common allergy."
