"Overall a great stay. Most of the staff was ready with a smile and helpful with any questions. The rooms are comfy and kept in good shape. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. I would say, for ALL staff, paying more attention to common shared areas (like hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby/dining etc) would make a big difference through out the day/eve! Using the 'if you see something pick it up' mentality goes a long way. Being there for a week, that's the main thing that stood out. An occasional staff member in poor spirits would be a bit short in response to inquiry etc., BUT that's something any scheduled 'Continuous Learning' sessions for ALL the staff would realign them to companies motto "A home away from home". Otherwise, the staff really do seem to aim toward pleasing the guests and keeping the place in good order."

"Comfortable room, nice garden, great breakfast buffet, and a decent restaurant on-site. Some aspects could use updating like the main building's carpet and the room balconies but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Family- friendly and dog friendly too. Also close to nearby attractions, restaurants, and parks, making it a convenient location."
