" Clean room "

"I had a great stay at The Blossom Kumamoto Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. The location, which is right next to the train station, is incredibly convenient making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and I also appreciated the option for self-parking at a reasonable fee, which made things even more convenient. The only minor downside was an issue I experienced with public bath hygiene due to another guest’s behavior. To be fair, this was not the hotel’s fault, and the staff handled my concern appropriately when I reported it. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service and amenities. I would happily stay here again."

"Not a good hotel for elderly. Our room was tiny and did not have an exterior window. You have a step up to the bathroom and a huge climb getting into the tub to take a shower. Breakfast spread was large but always the same and everything was cold. Was convenient to train station and had a convenience store close. Not a lot of local restaurants but train station had many food choices, Would not stay here again."

"I was pleasantly surprised with being provided with pajamas for our stay. Place was clean and well kept. Nice to offer cocktails for guest. The pool was amazing with amazing views. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The room was spacious, nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel decor like a library looks beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. The free parking is very convenient. The breakfast has a lot of varieties so everyone can find something of its liking. The location is convenient, very close to the subway and the airport."

"We loved every moment of our stay and the staff made our honeymoon feel extra special. The resort is clean and beautiful with lush grounds and relaxing pools. Very much appreciated the two adults pool areas with drink/food service (although the prices are unnecessarily expensive). Breakfast buffet is extensive, however we preferred the quiet atmosphere of Shiroux for the set western breakfast menu. The room was very spacious with beautiful decor and stunning views. Would definitely stay if visiting Okinawa again. "

"The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful ."
