"Convenient hotel with on-site parking for ¥500. Easily walk-able to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
Note that certain amenities are not included (razors, toothbrush) so bringing one is important. Also, though a non-smoking room was reserved, I was given a smoking room, so make sure you check upon check-in."
"Phenomenal service and gorgeous location. There was a downpour of rain when we arrived and the staff prepared four umbrellas for us to receive us and walk us to our room. The room was spotless and we had a great view of the lake."

"Great location, all the main cultural/historical spots are within walking distance and everything else the are public transport stops very nearby. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is super clean, the rooms are comfortable with a great view and the restaurant at the top is not only a great city view but the food and drinks are also really good! "Very convenient location. Five minute walk to a new Sushiro, lol. Walkable but chose a taxi to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Hiroshima Station because it was muggy. The AC was a little finicky but it wasn't really a thing. I would recommend this hotel. "
"I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled.
We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions.
I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests.
