This property is conveniently located and affordable. The bed is hard and the room is small. But if you're like me and just need a safe place to rest at night then this is a great spot. It's easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and convenience stores. The train terminal was a 20 minute walk. The front desk staff were friendly. It is basic, but I would stay here again.

Отличный небольшой отель, расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от станции Киото. До Гиона 20-25 минут пешком. Рядом автобусная остановка. Дружелюбный ресепшн, всегда помогут и подскажут.

今回急に京都に行ったので観光地も調べていなかったで、ホテルのスタッフの方々に伺った所、とても親切丁寧に教えて下さり、素敵な旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。ひとつ残念な事は朝食の事です。いっそ朝食無くてもいいのでは……

又機会があればエコノイン京都に泊まろうと思います。繁華街からは少し離れていますが、歩くのが好きな人なら徒歩で河原町にも出られるし、夜中まで外出できます。

Шум от дороги может мешать спать.

Окна в отеле выходят на дорогу с довольно интенсивным движением. Это может мешать спать, если у вас есть проблемы со сном. Расположение удобное и в номере есть всё необходимое, включая ванну-туалет, кондиционер и тд.

Excellent location!

Excellent little hotel to explore Kyoto from. 10 minute walk from main station and 15 minute walk to main shopping area. Bikes for hire outside only 600yen all day, best way to see Kyoto. Filter coffee, tea and pastries included for breakfast. Nice cafe area downstairs. Good free fast WiFi. Rooms are a good size basic but all you need while sightseeing. Beds are typical Japanese (Hard). Only minor complaint is the room carpets are looking tired now. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

観光の拠点に向いたホテル

最寄駅の清水五条まで徒歩で五分弱。清水五条からは観光名所の駅までが行きやすく、バス停も近くにあるなど、活動拠点としては利用しやすく感じた。

You get what you pay for hotel

Clean, spartan hotel. Description said breakfast included, but was only dry bread and coffee. Nothing else, not even jam.

대실망한 호텔입니다

할머니와 아들이 있는것 같은데 선결제한걸 잘알지 못하고 일처리 부분이 좀 아쉽습니다 3박 투숙했는데 타올을 한번도 안갈아줍니다 방은 많이 춥습니다 아이나 임신부 같은경우 감기에 걸리기 쉽상 냉장고는 1층에 방번호를 써서 붙여놓고 같이 사용 합니다 조식포함이라고 되어있지만 렌지와 찻잔등 식기류만 준비되어있고 조식을 셀프로 먹는시설임 사온걸 데워먹거나 1층 식탁에서 해결해야됨

Un joli petit hôtel, très pratique puisque se situant à la fois à 15 min à pied de la gare de Kyoto et à une dizaine de minutes des quartiers attractifs. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, mais un frigo est à disposition (ce qui nous a permis de stocké du jus de fruit pour le déj'), ce qui est appréciable est la mise à disposition d'un coin repas avec micro onde (les soir où vous êtes fatigués après être passé dans un 7 eleven c'est appréciable). Un service de location de vélo est disponible mais nous n'en avons pas profité. Sans hésitation, nous y reviendront. Petite précision, le linge de douche n'est pas systématiquement changé, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé si ça contribue à un geste pour la planéte ;)

Budget hotel

The hotel are old apartments which should be renovated. The bathroom is very tiny (even for Japanese standards). The room itself wasn't so small but the furniture could be better arranged to use better the space. The complementary breakfast was nice. It is a budget hotel but comparing the prices of other hotels in Kyoto I have to admit that's still a good choice.

気にならない人には必要十分

「節約滞在型ホテル」と看板に書かれている通り、 必要十分なサービスが受けられます。 以下のような方は、ストレスを感じると思うのでお勧めしません。 ・毎日新しいシーツ、タオル、浴衣を使いたい（交換は1週間に1回） ・歯ブラシはホテルにあるものを使うのが当たり前（有料100円） ・バス・トイレは広くないとヤダ（かなり狭いです） 私が特にいいなと思ったのは以下の点です。 ・豪華な部屋とは言えないが、清掃はちゃんとされている ・シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは資生堂 ・ハンガーかけが広く、服をいっぱいかけられた。 ・朝はパンの無料サービスあり (1個1個は小さいが個数制限はなし、クロワッサンやアップルパイ、クリームパンなど3~4種類) ・ロビーで24時間お茶が飲める (珈琲は23時まで) 部屋に持って戻ることもできる ・フロントは23時までだが、チェックインしておけば鍵で24時間出入り可能

Hôtel à fuire

La chambre était bruyante car elle donnait sur une rue très circulée avec une vue sur un cimetière. La porte d'entrée est en fer et fait pensé à la porte d'une cellule d'un centre pénitencier. Les portes des chambres voisines s'entendent bien puisqu'elles sont également en fer ce qui rajoute du bruit. L'intérieur de la chambre est austère. Aucune décoration, des murs sales, une douche minuscule avec un rideau de douche trop petit qui couvre seulement la moitié du bac à douche. Le lit est très dur. Les draps étaient propres mais ils cachaient un oreiller et une couette jaunis par la crasse. Le petit déjeuné se résume à quelques petits pains industriels peu appétissants. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Pieni mutta siisti huone omalla wc:llä ja suihkulla. Sänky ja futon-patja. Hotellissa tarjolla koko ajan kahvia ja teetä, aamuisin pieniä croissantteja yms. pieniä makeita leivonnaisia. Asemalta 15 min kävelymatka, keskustaan saman verran. Lähistöllä useita hyviä ruokapaikkoja, hotellin henkilökunta opastaa mielellään. Hyvä pesula 100 m päässä. Bussipysäkille 5 min, lähijuna-asemalle 10 min. Lähimmät nähtävyydet 500...1500 m, kävellenkin selviää helposti, jos tykkää kävellä. Hotellissa ei mitään erikoista, mutta kaikki toimii ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
