Lots of small amenities are included, like Q-tips and other hygiene necessities in case you don’t have your checked bags. Hotel staff is neutral, not rude, but certainly not friendly."

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
