"After a chaotic arrival where there were cars going in all directions, we eventually found underground parking space. Given the extreme heat this proved very beneficial in the end. Check in was seamless and our room was ready ahead of appointed time. Staff in the dining room were attentive and efficient, given how busy the hotel was. A major advantage of choosing the Castlecourt is its proximity to the town centre."
