"We loved everything about this hotel. Our room was in the annex building just across from the main hotel. It was super quiet but right in the heart of things. Restaurant was very good, included breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. Walkable to the palace as well as Old Town. Every day the staff puts a little gift of a candy, cookie or some other small treat in the room. Staff provided wonderful dining and tour recommendations. "

"Hotel Essence is a fabulous boutique hotel. The location is amazing, all of the main Prague central attractions are within walking distance, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is new and clean, the rooms are well equipped and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helped us plan our walks around the city. "The Dominican hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Old Town square and is the perfect location for an affordable hotel. The hotel is in an old monastery and is beautiful inside. The only thing that stopped us giving it 5 stars was the shower in the bathroom was cold and even once raised with reception it was luke warm. Overall a great hotel to stay in though with very helpful staff."
