"The beach side view was very nice. The staff responded very quickly with regards to my check in review about things I noticed weren't clean. Only thing I wish i had was warm water but maybe there was a swirch that i didnt know abour."

"Lied about there being a shuttle from the airport. A knowingly BLATANT lie! "Oh that's only for companies." I picked it b/c it was the ONE hotel with this feature. Should have known better. ALSO lied about the checkout time on the internet; it said 3pm.
