"Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little disappointing. On two out of the three nights of our stay, there were insects on the plates of food at the buffet, which was quite off-putting. I did bring this to the hotel’s attention on two occasions, but unfortunately, they didn’t seem particularly bothered and I didn’t feel like anyone was going to take steps to address the underlying issue. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly its modern design, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and lovely rooftop pool."

"From the get go , I love this place. Security is excellent. Reception is amazing. Rooms are clean and meticulously maintained. They have an excellent collection of drinks. They even have Japanese Suntory. Their shot is half the amount of traditional shot, lol. Not a big deal. They charge you for drop off at airport , which is a bit unusual for the kind of star hotel like this. No complaints. This place is my go to on the last day of my vacation before flying back home"

"TV was not working when I checked. They were nice enough to fix it immediately. It broke again the next day afternoon and they will unable to fix it till i checked. Everything else was really good and front desk was nuce."
