It is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the Lake Akan area, the hotel grounds, the dining, and the service. The onsen pools were very relaxing.

Really lovely property right in the centre of the action between the lake and the shopping street and Ainu craft shops and theatre - everything is easily walkable. My only issue was the member of staff on the front desk directed us to the wrong place and so we missed the firework display and clearly so did others. But the restaurant had lots of options - Chinese and western as well as Japanese so lots to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

総合的にとても良かったですが、 湖側のお部屋だったので天気も良かったので眺望も良く、お部屋もきれいでしたが、残念なことに洗面所、トイレがかなり古い感じでしかも洗面所の水道の蛇口がとても汚く水垢だらけでちゃんと拭いていないのがわかるくらいで、せっかく鶴雅という名前なのに清潔感がないのはどうなのかと思いました。一番トイレと洗面所が清潔感あふれる場所にしてほしいところだと思います。孫が赤ちゃんだったので、お部屋のお風呂に入れるつもりでしたが、清潔感が感じられなく大浴場に入れました。そのほかは、スタッフの対応、料理のおいしさ、種類は最高！ 大浴場は、感激するくらい大満足でした。 今度は洗面所、トイレが新しくて綺麗なお部屋に泊まりたいです。

ウィングスを予約したが、宿泊数日前に遊久へのアップグレードの連絡があり、感謝！ 遊久の4F和室のスペースとクォリティはこれまで一番だった。特に部屋からの阿寒湖と雄阿寒岳の眺望は素晴らしかった(写真参照)。8F展望露天風呂からの眺望も同様で、個人的にはこれまで最高の露天風呂だった。

阿寒に来たら泊まらにやアカン！

多少不便なところもありますが、これもコロナ対策がされている証拠。 そんな不便さを上回る温泉、食事、全てが最高で阿寒のパワー戴きました！ ホテル内にパワースポット発見したんですが、偶然じゃなく設計されてますよね？ 鶴雅グループ恐るべし。 感じる方は探してみてください(о´∀`о) また絶対に宿泊します！ コロナ収まったサービスも楽しみにしてます！！

Nice lake view at the breakfast area. Wide variety of dishes for breakfast. There are many onsen pools with different temperature, with an outdoor pool that you need climb up the stairs, kind of special experience to me. The staff were helpful attending our request and questions. The area has limited activity during the period of our visit. We visited nearby Ainu Kotan, Marimo museum and Lake Akan and tried some Ainu food.

Had a great time with 5 friends in 2 rooms here. Absolute highlight was the 8th floor onsen you can use in the next hotel over. What a stunner. I've been to MANY nice onsens but this one probably took the cake! Areas for improvement - -Cafeteria was underwhelming. Selection was nice, but many "hot" dishes were lukewarm. Steak at dinner was a confusing mess, extremely chewy, bloody, and not hot...we weren't sure if it was lamb or steak because of the texture. Cheese selection at dinner was nice. -A/C is central for the whole building, so you can't control the temperature. Come back from the hot springs steaming and your only option is to turn on the heater...

ロビーでハープの演奏をしていた。曲目を含め素晴らしかったです。聞いている人が少なくて残念。もう少し館内でPRすれば良いと思います。私も知らなくて、お風呂に行く途中偶然出会った。ワンステージ全て聴かせて頂いた。奏者（パラグアイの人）の笑顔も素晴らしかったです。

The hotel is awesome as it just locates at the lakeside. The lakeview Japanese room could accommodate four people, but it would be a little bit crowded. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful scenery when we were staying in the room, having the breakfast, and of course soaking in the “onsen.” However, the outdoor hot springs didn't look very sanitary because of the unknown particles/pieces suspended therein.
