Hôtel super calme, vue sur mer à couper le souffle et propreté parfaite. La piscine est au top et le personnels au petit soin… petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé assez simpliste mais bon. Nous avions la suite qui est un Triplex sur 3 niveaux vraiment top!!!

Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik. Resepsiyon da bulunan Tezel Hanım hariç ilgi/alaka sıfırdı. Otel konumu oldukça iyi ancak odaların, havuzun temizliği çok kötü. Soğutma yetersiz. Aile odasında bulunan asma kat da klima yok ve çok sıcak. Kahvaltısı yetersiz, kısacası kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Nice room- poor breakfast

The room was spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable.There was, however, no A/C in the upstairs section of the family room so it was hot up there. The pool and pool side were very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was very poor and similar to one a basic guest house would offer. It was mainly salad items and sweaty cheese. Missing was a choice of breads and pastries. Eggs boiled only - no omelette. Cereal was the cheap type and the sausage the highly processed type.The toaster didn’t work and the coffee was bad.

Aussicht bombastisch, Pool ist auch sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Aus den Wänden hing im Bad die Steckdose raus . Die Glastür im Bad hatte keinen Knauf zum öffnen und schließen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer was vom Schnitt sehr schön war aber die obere Klimaanlage war defekt, als Ersatz gab es einen zusammen gebastelten Ventilator. Das Frühstück war gar nicht gut, die Auswahl mager und für die Kinder nicht mal Gläser oder Becher geschweige denn Saft oder Wasser im Angebot dafür hätte man zahlen müssen und das mit utopischen Preisen. Auch wenn der Preis völlig in Ordnung war, werden wir dort nicht mehr einchecken.

Dirty bathroom

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned there were fingers prints and fluid on the large chrome toilet buttons to flush toilet, shower head & glass were covered in water marks n dry wiped cloth marks. Shower became a swimming pool after 2-3 minutes flooded the floor. Towel holder was broken, glass door to bathroom was disgustingly dirty pen, marks & fingers prints all over, Towel rail was broken and left in a draw .thick dust on top of mirror & air con unit.. I did complain and offered another room however it was in the same condition as my room

Terrible- only 5 star item was the bed as it was super comfy. The views were amazing also. Reception area was very nice & staff were friendly. Went up to our room to find bathroom door would not close. There were a few lights in the room not working. The paint was in need of tlc. Shower was poor quality as it did not come out the shower head properly. Would not recommend with children or for a long period of time. - we were woken up by other guests shouting and laughing outside our door early hours of the morning. We complained to the front desk but unsure if they were spoken too. We only stayed for two nights but would not stay again.

Kuş adasında önce Akman Hotel’de konakladık hayatımızda gördüğümüz en kötü oteldi. Mülteci kampından bir farkı yoktu.. Daha sonrasında gece hemen burayı bulduk ve sabah buraya geçtik, odaların iç düzenleri gayet güzeldi, odanın içi ve nevresim temizliği de okeydi ancak tuvalette kireçlenmeler ve klozette oluşan sarı lekeler. pas ve kirler ise hayal kırıklığıydı. Havluları pamuklu değildi sentetikti kurulanırken hissettim. Kesinlikle değiştirilmesi gerek. Banyoda sıcak su gelmesi için bayağı bekledik resepsiyonu aradık ve sorunumuzu söyledik personel göndereceklerini söylediler ve hallettiler hemen, bu hızlı çözüm bir artıydı. Otelin konumu ve düzeni gayet güzeldi, sadece klozetteki lekeler sorundu. Gerisinde bir sorun yoktu. Kahvaltının saat 8-10 arası olması da kısa bir süre, uyuyup dinlenmek isteyenler için erken bir saat. Benim için kötü denilecek bir deneyim değildi. Teşekkürler.
