"Very nice resort. We stayed in the earth room which was surprisingly cool without the presence of air conditioner. We loved the concept. The room was very spacious and everything was so thoughtfully designed to keep ecofriendly theme in mind. Loved the overall experience."

"Confirmed booking. No room on arrival. Booked Sterling Wayanad via Expedia and arrived with my kid only to be told the room was unavailable due to a booking error. No prior communication. Expedia and Sterling blamed each other. Their error. Our inconvenience. Contact details posted in Expedia app is invalid."

"The people at Taj were extremely hospitable, and we had a wonderful stay with them. We stayed for two nights, booked via two different channels. I had no hassle; they had preemptively merged the reservation. Food was good, their head chef had been constantly following up :). Their indoor and outdoor games were good engagement for kids. The pool instructor was helpful and stayed with my kid to get him comfortable in the water. Over had a wonderful experience here."
