Very pricey for a very budget stay. Don't plan on staying if you want sleep because it's highly likely you won't get any being right next to the pub. I wouldn't have minded so much if there was an after hours contact number to call to see if an upgrade was available at my expense but they don't too much. Staff were lovely but that's about it.

Basic accommodation

The hotel is very basic. Breakfast only has bread and coffee but no cereal and yoghurt. Therefore I made a complaint, next day they have cereal provided

Basic accommodation, very old and rooms could definitely do with an upgrade. Noisy at night and food at the restaurant is stupidly expensive. Fine if you are doing day tours out of Kununurra but not if you want relaxing luxury

Ate at the restaurant and it was disappointing, very limited vegetarian options and what they had was not great, sloppy mess. Other meals were average Breakfast was again minimal Feel for pricing it needs a bit more updating ( no wifi included) and staff need training in food allergies and what is a available

This property is quite worn out. Our room was at the rear so we could see and access our vehicle easily and the car park is behind a gated fence. The room itself was spacious, the bed was Very comfortable and the shower very spacious with excellent water pressure. Being at the rear we could not hear the hotel crowds. The hotel serves great dinners, esp Matsos Ginger Beer-battered fish. Breakfast is barely adequate but was enough for us. We had the sense that the staff (backpackers - lovely) may cop complaints regularly - not fair. Handy location to most of town.

Doors dont week. Not keyless doors they were ok. Other doors wheels worn and can't slide. Kutchen had 8 blowflies crawling on food.

Front office staff not that friendly. Room very dated and run down. Meal shocking. Served cold and salad a wilted piece of rubbish. Asked to sit to one side as bus tours in but so crowded nowhere really to sit and eat a meal Not a hot shower in the am - Luke warm at best. This property needs to lift its game. Won’t return and don’t advise to stay.

I was disappointed in my single room (perhaps I drew a short straw). There was no hot water, TV didn't work, no WIFI (as in all rooms I understand), No where to hang my clothes, no bedside table, no bedside light.
