"Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery. "

"We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is generally clean and convenient. It is close to public transportation and there room is big. There are two problems though. 1. The hotel doesn’t offer airport shuttle as listed, even with a fee. 2. No-smoking policy is not strictly enforced. When we guest checked in, the room has an obvious smell of smoke. The staff changed our room upon request. In the next morning, the smell of smoke entered the second room too a while."
