"Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. Wir mussten also häufig warten, bis mal jemand vorbei kam, um uns aufzumachen. In den Spielraum für Kinder haben wir nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen,...

Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"i absolutely adored my stay here. the hosts are super friendly and helpful, giving you a family-like feeling. the rooms are simple and tidy with great comfortable beds. there is even a nice big sunny balcony overseeing this beautiful calm land. and a small gym room with a bench press and weights. if you are in this lovely area, look no further, this place is like home. it is simply fantastic. "The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
