My family showed up at the airport in the middle of the night, yet the hotel sent someone with a car to pick us up. Not only that, but he helped us to resolve a currency exchange problem since we arrived without any Chinese yuan in hand and the money changers were closed for the night. There was also a free shuttle to the airport in the morning, and staff gave us a wake-up call and personally helped us to get downstairs with our luggage. I did not expect such good service for such a low price!

It was handy to the airport.
A prompt pick up from and return to airport. The room was clean and comfortable. One staff member was able to communicate in good English. No sign of the breakfast that was meant to be included.

Nice for being close to Airport but food not good.
The hotel is in a nice location from the airport and the facility is also not bad. Only one person can speak English and food is also completely local. So, it is home to the Chinese people only not to the foreigner.
I stayed for one night with me 3 other family members but with a bitter experience of not having any breakfast as the break was not suitable for us. We had take breakfast at the airport after check-out. I think no foreigner can take the breakfast. One of the staffs also agreed that the hotel is not foreigner oriented.
Very nice room. Very nice staff. Call them from the airport and they will pick you up. FYI They cannot process credit cards from the US. But this was typical in China unless you are dealing with a large business or airline. I would definitely stay here again.
