Well located hostel

True hostel, make your own bed, shared bathrooms and kitchen and ikea bunkbeds/thin mattresses. Clean and easy walk into town. Friendly and clean

Back breaking beds in hot, humid rooms

First off, Hotels.com advertised the room as having a shower while the kitchen area was labeled as "shared"; it did NOT say "shared kitchen, shared bathroom". Positive: -The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. -Large parking lot. Negative: -Expensive, even considering it's an expensive town! Airbnb cost the same per night. -Bedsheets and towel cost almost three times as much as what it usually cost at a hostel. -Awful, hard, beds that left me with back pain. Bunk beds with no spring mattress, no support, nothing: just a thin mattress (bäddmadrass) and a sheet of flat wood under. -Room looked much better on the pictures than in reality. -Room was hot, humid and not ventilated. -Open electrical sockets in public spaces (staircase). -Difficult to find! The road to the parking doesn't exist on Google maps and we missed it the first time. Road markings also don't indicate a connecting road.

Mycket trevligt vandrarhem. Rekommenderar att boka direkt via egna hemsidan. Lite jobbigt med infartsvägen men man kan be om rum mot berget. Lite trångt i kön till badrum på morgonen men annars kul att träffa folk och bra tillgång till kök och uteplats för frukost och kvällsmat. Nära bron till Smögen och lite promenad på 12 min till Kungshamns centrum.
