The pool is good but could use a clean and currently there are no loungers - due to be replaced soon. The owners are building a restaurant on site which will be a great addition."

"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. We spent the evenings watching the boats go by and the chinese fishing nets being used. Realy all one...

"This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious with fabulous furnishings. We ate at the restaurant which offered a range of delicious dishes and spent time around the pool. The staff are a delight, always smiling and eager to cater for every guest. The only comment i would make is that there is not much in the area, but if you're looking for a deserted beach or if you have transport, then this really isn't a problem."

"The experience was not at all resort like. It felt like a basic hotel and the service was average. The food took forever and tasted not good at all, wonder why it took 45+ minutes to prepare. The staff was extremely nice but the property in general was below average. There was not much to do at the resort and the spa didn’t have much options either. "
