The staff was amazing wisdom spoke English. You ordered your breakfast at the front desk. It shows up in the restaurant next-door at the time you designate. Really good food options cute little hotel half a mile from the biggest mall in Kharkiv

Vicomte Hotel
This hotel is absolutely tremendous and very much our “go to” when in Kharkiv. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always top notch. They do an excellent job in the circumstances of the full-scale war.

Paloma House
Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs.

Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable.
