"I stayed in Mundota Fort and Palace with my wife and two teenagers as part of my golden triangle tour. Our stay here was a unique experience. This place by itself is an attraction. Very scenic views and quite location. Excellent hospitality and very delicious food. Manager, Ajay is an amazing person. He gave us a tour to the fort and made sure our stay was quite comfortable. "The room was good but the check in and check out process was horrible. For check in the woman couldn’t find my reservation (in her email inbox ??) and almost didn’t let me check in because she didn’t know what Hotels.com was. Upon check out (at 6am), the front door of the hotel was locked!! Such a huge safety issue. Nobody was at the front desk, so I pounded on the door for over 10 minutes until a security guard finally came to open it. So dangerous that all the building exit doors were locked...

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."
