It was nice. Did have to request for our pool to be cleaned and the deccing wasn’t cleaned during our stay therefore made it a bit uncomfortable to use our private pool. We had an amazing experience staying at this resort. Rooms were super clean and as nice as the pictures, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. There is a lot to do since the hotel is part of Crossroads. Lots of restaurants and activities. A dream coming true!
