"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). "The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers. "

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and very welcoming. We even had friends who couldn’t find a room and they helped us get them a room the same day. Not to mention their restaurant has amazing food with great taste. As well as their bar. It provided a lot of options with great flavors. Would definitely stay here again if and when I travel to Poland."
