"The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather pay a little more money for better customer service! "

When we got into the hot tub on Saturday It immediately burned our eyes so we got out. The hot tub also turned my wedding ring grey/tarnished. For the price we paid we could not enjoy the amenities the breakfast was gross. I don't know if I would stay here again. "
