"Disappointing to say the least. Non existent service, clueless staff, untrained personnel. Highlights were the Michelin - simply amazing. Thai food was the worst. Facilities are of course amazing but with no staff or service to support it, it all fails."

"The check-in experience was a challenge. The person that answered their urgent assistance line was difficult to communicate with. The beds were flat on the floor and the bathroom door would not open fully because of would hit the bed frame. Would not stay again."
