"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Loved my stay at the Castle Inn. It’s in a great location walkable to Old Town shops and restaurants, yet very quiet for being in the heart of a popular tourist area. Easy access to public transit. "The hotel impressed me with its coziness, cleanliness, and convenient location. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a restaurant and a bar! We stayed at the hotel with our family, there is a children's corner downstairs with lots of different toys. The room was clean, the view from the 6th floor windows was incredible! We will definitely stay here again!"
