Hotel Kanajt

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay here was amazing! The staff were very friendly, helpful & the rooms and facilities were clean. The breakfast was included & a little different every day. I appreciated being able to have eggs made to order. The only downside was that the the beach was far away (not 1 km) and because we came at the beginning of the season, the shuttle didn’t start until a few days after our arrival. I travelled with my teenage son and he loved the trampoline area, pool & food (both at breakfast & the pool bar). It was only a 15 min walk into town to grab dinner though! I would definitely stay here again."

"I have visited Baška several times starting in 2003. Nothing much has changed except that things are a little more expensive since going to the Euro. Baška is still a great place for a truly relaxing beach/outdoor vacation. We have always enjoyed the hiking trails, good food, and the many beaches. As an American, it is particularly nice to take a vacation in a place that is rarely visited by other Americans—a true getaway. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Baška. The price was quite reasonable for a Mediterranean beachfront hotel. The hotel is located in the center of things. Our room was bright, large enough, clean and had everything we needed. I think it was a suite—kitchen with table, living area/bedroom, with a porch (handy place to dry beach clothing, etc.). Breakfast was great, and the staff were exceptional (I think most are locals). The owners of the hotel are locals, and it really shows. If you need information about the area, they can help. The beach area was very convenient and pleasant. If you are traveling to Baška, this is the place to stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Comfort Room, which is in an annex outside of the main hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but the style of that part of the hotel felt dated. We stayed on half board basis; there was a reasonable choice and the food was fine, but due to the popularity of the hotel it felt more like a canteen environment as opposed to a restaurant at the evening meal."

"Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great. "

Hotel Drazica

"Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. "
