"Our room was clean and comfortable for the hot July! It was nice having a lovely breakfast on site, to grab a quick bite and set out for the day. We felt the hotel was conveniently located and easy to walk to many of the local sites."

"We had a great weeks stay here. Yes, the actual room is probably not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices. It is cleaned and water, coffee etc replenished each day. The breakfast is amazing! A great mix of stuff including vegan and GF options. We loved the ginger shots. You can even have a prosecco for breakfast! The staff all work incredibly hard. The location is also fantastic. There is an Italian on the corner which is delicious and a food court in the shopping mall 2 mins walk which has a lot of cheap and quick choices for budget meals."

"Pros: For a heritage property, they have maintained it very well. Fabulous location!!!! 10 stars on that. Location is gorgeous with lots of options to restaurants ! Very sweet and friendly staff.! Cons: Should be able to check in guests for early arrival and check in personnel should be able to make that call. Breakfast eggs need to be cooked a little more. #15 Bathroom door needs an inside lock. Wi-Fi IS REALLY BAD.!!!!!!! Get your own personal connection. WOULD I STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY YES.!!!!!"

"The room was fairly clean. The location was good - close to public transport and several restaurants. The air conditioning didn’t work well but it was better than no AC at all. The staff was very helpful and I was able to leave my bags at the hotel since I arrived before check-in."
