"Ich habe vom 01.07. bis 02.07.2026 im Premier Inn Göttingen (Zimmer 405) übernachtet. Da mir im Sommer eine funktionierende Klimaanlage extrem wichtig ist, war dieses Hotel meine bewusste Wahl. Leider eine absolute Fehlentscheidung. Klimaanlage komplett defekt: Trotz Einstellung auf 15 °C (sowohl auf Automatik als auch auf Stufe 3) gab es absolut null Kühlleistung. "We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "
