"Amazing rooms and good location. Service was great and let you know beforehand if they were going to fall short (sauna was closed). However, the room smelled bad like someone smoked in there. This is a big turn off"

"Location was ok for our five night stay in Berlin. AC didn't work for the first two nights. Was finally switched to a new room after advising the front desk that it still hasn't been fixed. Lots of great restaurants around the area where we enjoyed dinner at a couple of times. Room was a decent size for our family of four. One thing I wish it had was a mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks after a long hot day of sightseeing. Took public transit at the nearby bus stops and was easy enough to get to places from this location. Overall was happy to stay here."
