This is a well located property very close to the main square and the river. Lots of shops and restaurants very close. The apartment we had (Number 4) was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was efficient and all information was sent through so that we could access our room. There is much to commend.
The key issue we had was the traffic noise from outside which was very loud and pretty much ran all night. In particular the trams which were very very loud even with the windows shut. The air con provided was a portable machine which meant that you had to hang a pipe out of the window and so this meant if you wanted A/C you had to have the window open which made the traffic noise worse. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise. This was a real shame as it was a lovely apartment in a great location. Perhaps apartments on the back of the property would be quieter but Number 4 was really affected by the constant loud noise of the trams all night long. Overall, a great property in great location but this was not enough to outweigh the noise issues which did cause some problems even with all windows closed. Take away the noise and you have a great place to stay!

Huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvinvarustettu. Ainoat epämukavuudet olivat se, että kokovaralopeili puuttui sekä yöpöydät ja -valot. Huoneistossamme ei myöskään ollut ikkunaa, päivänvaloa tuli ovesta ja sen yläikkunasta. Siivousta ei tehty viiden vuorokauden aikana lainkaan vaikka varaussivustolla luki sen olevan päivittäistä. Sijainti oli hyvä juuralaiskorttelien vieressä. Nautimme kuitenkin olostamme ja palaamme mielellämme paikkaan.

Maravillosa estancia
Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica en Cracovia. El apartamento está muy bien localizado, cercano tanto al casco histórico como a Kazimiers, el barrio judío de moda, con buenos locales y restaurantes. Tiene todo tipo de comercios a pie de calle, incluidos varios supermercados abiertos de 6 a 23 horas. Hay una pizzería justo al lado muy buena y económica. El apartamento es amplio, con buen wifi, colchones cómodos, y ambiente tranquilo que garantiza un merecido descanso tras las jornadas a pie por esta bella ciudad. El edificio cuenta con más apartamentos y la recepción está localizada justo a la entrada en un bonito patio interior. Puedes dejar las maletas tras el chek-out, lo cual es un punto a favor ya que puedes seguir visitando la ciudad sin problemas. El trato del personal es agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Attention à la rue extrêmement bruyante
Bel appartement plutôt bien situé mais qui mériterait un peu d'entretien. Attention à la rue extrêmement bruyante, notamment du fait du passage des tramway en continue et qui font trembler l'appartement.

Fajny apartament w centrum miasta. Super baza wypadowa na piesze wędrówki po centrum Krakowa. Minus za brak miejsc parkingowych oraz hałas jeżdżących non stop tramwajów. Dostaliśmy bezpłatny upgrade do lokalu wyższej klasy.

The property is ideally located between Jewish area and the Old Town and although on a busy main road it is very quiet. A good size supermarket is just around the corner and a large number of restaurants are easily walkable in either direction.
The apartment is reasonably comfortable although lacks a sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The shower, whilst good and had hot water leaked around the bottom screen and left standing water throughout the toilet/shower room. The beds are comfortable, however the bedding is not - one soft pillow per person and a very thin duvet. The apartment was always warm but we were unable to control the heating and temperature in any way or find any operating instructions.

Posizione ottima 10 min dal centro a piedi, ci sono comunque i tram che hanno la fermata sotto l’appartamento.
Lo staff gentilissimo, la pulizia è pessima.
L’appartamento viene venduto per 5/6 persone in realtà è per un massimo di 4 persone.
