We found this hotel to be "Perfect" for our needs. It was well located, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything required (and more) breakfasts had a great variety and were plentiful. Receptionists (the 2 ladies) were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone with similar requirements to ourselves

Perfetto per il centro a soli 10 min a piedi , nel cuore del ghetto ebraico con tutti locali e ristoranti di ottimo livello , per chi vuole divertirsi e per chi vuole solo passeggiare nel quartiere e vivere la movida giovanile,da ritornarci appena possibile e poi Cracovia è stupenda ,ottima la colazione e la pulizia della standa ,il personale è sempre disponibile ,pieni voti a tutto

The hotel was lovely with friendly staff. Extremely large room with nice decor. The only disappointment was that the TV in the living room section of the flat did not work and the shower was blocked. Apart from that it was a nice stay.

Location is great, near trams and plenty awesome food options, 20 min walk to old town and cracow castles.Hotel staff were super friendly and when we arrived a bit earlier our rooms were already avaliable to us. On the other hand in my opinion this hotel is solid 3 stars not more, place lacks in cleanliness and breakfasts are rather poor, our booking had free breakfast upgrade so we were no fuss but if we would paid full price for poor choice and quality of food I we would be very disappointed. Overall this is good place to stay due to mix of.good location and decent price

Perfect Hotel offers a solid stay in historic area

Perfect Hotel has good service (24/7 desk service) with large rooms featuring basic amenities. Comfortable beds, decent water pressure. Some clear distress / ageing of carpet, furniture and wallpaper can be seen but isn't a dealbreaker for those looking for a central location in the historic district of Krakow. Did not try the breakfast.

Hotell med bra läge och rena rum! Promenadavstånd till allt vi upptäckte under helgen vi var där. Väldigt trevlig receptionspersonal. Vi hade fönster mot en nattklubb så det var tyvärr allt annat än tyst. Frukosten var inte värd pengarna!

Hotel piccolo e semplice, va bene per chi non ha grosse pretese. Camera ben arredata ma piccola per 3 persone (mio figlio dormiva sulla poltrona letto). Cuscini per me inaccettabili per un hotel 4*.sembravamo lavati in lavatrice e il contenuto rovinato. Ho chiesto di cambiarlo ed mi è stato portato un'altro simile. Colazione media, poca scelta per chi la vuole fare dolce. Personale non so definire, all'arrivo la receptionist è stata disponibile e attenta, poi durante la colazione una persona molto per fatti suoi. Complessivamente lo trovo buono, tornerei se trovassi il prezzo competitivo.
