Comfortable hotel in convenient location to Wawel Castle and old town. Spacious garage and good breakfast. Rooms are a bit spartan, but are clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Beds were so comfy and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The alcohol free mulled wine in the reception area was an added bonus.
