Room safe was broken but we were given a room change. Quiet. Rooms not ‘soundproofed’ as claimed. Easy and cheap access to old town via nearby tram. Cool market with great fruit and vegetable stalls, coffee, and misc things just 50+ meters from hotel. Skip the nearby Aldi, save money, put your cash into the locals pockets and go to the cool market.

Prima hotel. Wel beetje ver van centrum. Met tram 30 minuten. Tramhalte 2 minuten lopen.
Uber kost ongeveer 14 euro naar centrum.
Restaurant is boven verwachting goed en goedkoop.
Ik had een ring laten liggen maar helaas wilden ze deze niet opsturen (ook niet met schriftelijke bevestiging dat ze niet aansprakelijk waren voor verlies) en moest ik voor veel geld DHL regelen. Jammer.

Excellent hotel , comfortable room , great breakfast. Cost - benefit hotel, not to the city center but near (5 minutes walk) to tram and bus terminal. Also near to shop's. Polite staff ,willing to answering all questions.

Ensimmäisen huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut. Ilmoitimme asiasta kolmesti ja joka kerta asiaa alkoi joku hoitamaan, mutta ilmastointiin ei oltu kuitenkaan koskettu.. Neljännellä kerralla saimme vaihdettua huoneen toiseen, jossa ilmastointi toimi. Aamupala ja huoneiden siisteys ok. Tilasimme myös taksin ennakkoon sunnuntai-iltana. Hotellin kanssa sovittu, että taksi on 06:50 hotellin oven edessä. Aamulla taksia ei näkynyt missään ja asiasta kysyttäessä mitään taksia ei oltu ikinä tilattu. Kiireellä etsimään uutta taksia, jotta kerkesimme lentokentälle ajoissa. Asiakaspalvelu oli todella huonoa ja tehotonta hotellin ollessa muuten siisti..
