The hotel was very well located, in close proximity to the old town as well as the main train station. The rooms were a bit tired and the laminate vanity in my bathroom was bubbling and needed to be replaced. The room was small but functional. The fridge actually kept things cold, which is rare in most hotels. There was casino in the hotel basement which meant that random people were walking in and out of the hotel entrance all day and night, which I didn’t love.

Location in the heart of the old town was excellent for exploring Krakow and the surrounding areas. We were greeted on arrival by friendly / helpful staff who could not have been more helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay at Hotel Unicus again when visiting Krakow and will recommend to others. The hotel had option for breakfast although we did not use it with a number of places locally offering breakfast.

Lovely stay. Good response to an issue in our roon with air con. Asked for more shower gel on second day and didnt get any the rest of our time there! Hairdryer worked but not powerful! We mentioned a special occassion on booking but no acknowledgement of this? The room was clean and made up daily with fresh towels if needed. Comfortable bed and quiet.
