Hotel was beautiful and spotless, room was far bigger than expected and had everything we could need. Spa was lovely and peaceful, we were the only guests in there when we visited. All staff were friendly and really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The location is excellent, tucked away about half a block from the main square, so it was very quiet. My room was missing some things I would have appreciated: coffee in the room, a better lighting arrangement, a shower easier to use, hooks on the walls for hanging things.

Best hotel in Krakow

Excellent - Best hotel we've been to. The pool is supper cool and spa facilities were great. The only thing that could make it better would be a slightly firmer bed and pillows.

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor. Location is right off the main square. Pool was wonderful after a day sightseeing. Only down side was WiFi was very poor in the part of the hotel we were in. Not sure if it’s better elsewhere in the newer bit of the. Hotel.

Everything perfect but...

Great hotel, great SPA, the best experience so far. Everything was perfect, also the proximity with the center, 1 minutes walking. Just one inconvenient: during breakfast, the menu was never proposed to me and that's because I noticed the table close to me ordered some meals, not from the buffet that I guessed it was possible.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Our stay at the Stary Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, just steps away from the Main Square and is surrounded by charming streets, historical landmarks, and vibrant cafés - yet it remains a peaceful and elegant retreat from the bustle outside. The hotel’s spa and wellness area is located beneath the historic building and is absolutely stunning - a true hidden gem. There are two adjoining pools, a sauna and steam room which create a tranquil atmosphere that feels wonderfully indulgent after a day of exploring the city. Our room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed - a perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional charm. The furnishings and finishes were luxurious and warm - my only complaint would be not enough lighting. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed from maps and umbrellas to taxis and tours. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcome. Stary Hotel is the ideal choice for anyone wanting to experience Kraków in style and comfort. We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is amazing but the breakfast restaurant staff is so inattentive and rude. You literally have to go and find people to place order, keep finding them if you need anything but they are quick to appear to teach you that you can’t get your own hot coffee. God forbid you want to send your dish back… 5 stats hotel should also include 5 star service.

Five Stars for Stary

A beautiful hotel, with an excellent onsite restaurant and great breakfast. Also, they have a wonderful pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of Kraków’s vibrant Old Town.
